Foon offers a two-year warranty, from the date of purchase, on all Foon ski product damaged as a result of manufacturer defect. Manufacturer defect is identified as damage related to the structural integrity of any Foon ski product.
This warranty coverage does not extend to damage as a result from impact, misuse, abuse or neglect. This also, does not include cosmetic issues related to top sheet chips, dents or peeling from any contact.
Foon is responsible for repair or replacement of any ski product that is determined to be damaged as a result of manufacturer defect. If that product is no longer available or sold out, Foon will provide you with the comparable product as replacement.
Foon is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss, misuse or alteration of the product.
Foon ski product that is purchased from any unauthorized dealer or representative including ski swaps, online forums, websites and third party liquidators are not covered by any warranty coverage.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
For warranty claims please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include proof of purchase details, pictures and description of the issue. Please also provide your best contact details and current location of the product.
Expect to receive a response to a warranty claim within three days from submitting a claim. Please note that any warranty claim submitted without proof of purchase, no matter the defect or issue, will not be approved.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the warranty claim product to Foon’s location in Pemberton, B.C, Canada.
Foon will cover the cost of return shipping any warranty claim replacement product back to the customer. Foon is not responsible for the return shipping cost of product that is not approved for manufacturer warranty coverage.
